The Crack It & Create It incursion is all about thinking differently. Students will dive into hands-on maths challenges that spark both critical and creative thinking as they crack codes, uncover patterns, and design their very own puzzles. This engaging, interactive workshop turns every student into a puzzle-maker and problem-solver!

Our Create It & Crack It incursion invites students to step into the shoes of a mathematician—exploring the positive learning dispositions that support creative and critical thinking. Through hands-on puzzle-making and problem-solving, students will design, test, create and crack a variety of maths challenges, combining logic with imagination.

Price: $15 per student (10% discount on bookings over 100 students).

PROGRAM INFORMATION

F-2 students: Workshop runs as a 1 hour and 15 mins incursion with approximately 25 students.

Year 3-8 students: Workshops runs as a 1.5 hour incursion with approximately 25 students.

Double classes with two presenters is also an option, approx 50 students.

A classroom/open learning space is required, along with access to a projector.

Student supervision by teachers is required throughout the session.
