Nikki D’Antonio & Taryn Volpe

Limitless Maths was founded by Nikki D’Antonio and Taryn Volpe, passionate educators and Primary Learning Specialists dedicated to transforming the way students experience mathematics. With extensive classroom and leadership experience and a deep understanding of how students learn, Nikki and Taryn created Limitless Maths to build confident, flexible, and risk taking mathematicians.

Their approach is grounded in the belief that every learner can succeed in mathematics when provided with the right support, mindset, and opportunities. Nikki and Taryn intentionally focus on developing positive learning dispositions, encouraging students to embrace mistakes, think flexibly, and persist through challenges. They believe that true mathematical success comes not just from getting the right answer, but from deep understanding and strong mathematical connections

Through tutoring, school incursions, consulting, and professional learning, Nikki and Taryn work closely with students, teachers, and schools to create sequenced, meaningful and engaging mathematical experiences. Their approach balances explicit teaching with hands-on, collaborative learning, using concrete materials, visual models, and rich problem-solving tasks to deepen conceptual understanding and build confidence.

Aligned with the Victorian Curriculum 2.0, all Limitless Maths programs are thoughtfully designed to ensure clear learning progressions and consistent growth. Nikki and Taryn are committed to empowering both students and educators with the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to achieve lasting success in mathematics.

Nikki and Taryn continue to grow as leaders in the education field, bringing extensive expertise from their previous roles as Primary Learning Specialists, where they led Professional Learning Communities, High Ability Practice, and whole-school curriculum initiatives. At Limitless Maths, they have further expanded their impact by presenting at the annual MAV conferences, delivering professional learning for CHES, and working as sessional tutors at La Trobe University. Their ongoing commitment to professional growth ensures they remain at the forefront of best practice, continually enhancing the quality and impact of their work with students, teachers, and schools.
