Maths for Minis - Early Years Maths Program

Our Maths for Minis program is an Early Learning Program that provides children with engaging, hands-on and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that focus on the fundamental mathematical concepts needed to promote school readiness, in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.

Our expertise in Primary Education and teaching mathematics ensures we have the wealth of knowledge to provide early learners with the foundational skills, understandings, confidence and learning dispositions needed to thrive as mathematicians as they transition into their Primary School Years.

Our Maths for Minis program is designed to:

• Foster confidence, curiosity and a love of mathematics through a fun, hands-on approach.

• Support students to make mathematical connections in a range of real-life contexts.

• Promote mathematical reasoning through questioning and discussions.

• Encourage students to problem solve by thinking flexibly, critically and creatively.

• Provide opportunities for students to work collaboratively and learn with and from one another.

Each group will have a maximum of 4 students.

Maths for Minis will run from our South Morang (Melbourne) learning space.

Weekly session will be 1 hour

Term 1 = 10 weekly sessions

This program will be run small groups - 4 students maximum.

Term payment $450, Casual class $55 each.
