Online Programs for Students
We are excited to launch 2 new online programs for students in 2024. This will allow us to reach a more diverse range of students from the comfort of their own home. Our Online Maths Support Programs are suitable for students in Year 3/4 or 5/6 that are looking for extra support with key concepts covered at school. Our Online Maths Prime Program is suitable for students in Year 5 & 6 that are ready to be introduced to Year 7 concepts and looking for a challenge in maths. We provide online support through live zoom sessions (60min monthly sessions), pre-recorded videos and 24-hour access to our online platform to ask us questions and access rich maths tasks, investigations, games and support resources that are related to the key concepts. Online Maths Support Program
Our online maths support programs are suitable for students in Year 3/4 or 5/6 that need extra support with key concepts covered at school. We focus on one essential mathematical concept each month and provide students with online support, including live zoom sessions, videos and access to an online platform where they can ask Nikki and Taryn questions. Students are also given monthly tasks that are sequenced and scaffolded to ensure they experience success, along with interactive games to maximise engagement. Students who enrol in this program are required to be somewhat self-motivated as although they will be supported through our online platforms and videos, students will need to complete tasks with some independence.

Nikki and Taryn will run a live zoom session at the beginning of each month to introduce students to the essential mathematical concept that will be focussed on and provide an opportunity for students to ask questions, participate in interactive tasks and connect with other students.

Taryn and Nikki will create a series of pre-recorded videos each month to model key concepts and explain key learning tasks. Students can watch these videos at their own pace and re-access them as many times as they like.

Our Google Classroom will provide a platform for students to connect with us whenever they’d like to and interact with our other students that are completing our online program. Students can post questions, upload tasks and stay connected.

The interactive games we choose are selected with a specific purpose and are designed to be played regularly to practise a skill and support students to build confidence and develop mathematical fluency.

Depending on the key focus for the month, students will have access to a pack of digital resources created by Nikki and Taryn and designed to support their learning and understandings.

Students will be able to log in to our membership library at anytime. All new students will be provided with video instructions upon subscription to show them how to navigate this platform.

We will send out a Limitless Maths workbook to each of our new students and we encourage them to use this book for all the work we do as part of the tutoring program. This becomes an important reference for students as it will contain worked examples, completed tasks and a documentation of their learning journey.

Online Maths Prime Program
Our online maths Prime program is suitable for students in Year 5 & 6 that are looking for a challenge and are ready to be introduced to Year 7 concepts. The first 6 months of the year with be focussed on revising key Year 6 content, such as BODMAS and apply knowledge of the 4 operations to fractions, decimals and percentages and the ability to apply understandings to worded problems. The following months will be focussed on introducing Year 7 curriculum concepts. The Prime program includes open ended questions, rich tasks and investigations that connect multiple maths concepts. This program requires the students to enjoy maths challenges, to be self motivated and persistent when solving problems.
